Ben Ganley, Chief Executive Officer, AHRCAP
A Global Chief Executive/ Development Officer, Ben brings 25 years corporate and real estate experience to AHRCap, serving previous mandates with Deloitte and Lend Lease in Australia, and the distinguished Al Khorafi PFO and Lootah Holding in the Middle East since 2008.
Recent engagements include an 8-year CEO tenure with community retail developer and manager, Souq Extra, owned by the Lootah PFO, Emirates Post Group Holding, National Bonds Corp. and distinguished GCC investors.
Ben’s past project scope comprises master planned residential and golf course developments, multi-high rise and mixed-use developments, and retail developments extending from community to super-regional assets.
